When first opening a trading account, you are required to create a password in order to access it safely and securely.

If you wish to change the password for a Live trading account please follow these simple steps:

  • In the Dashboard->Trade section, click on the three dots next to your Live account

  • Select the "Account Info" section

  • Click on "Change password".

When opening a demo account, your password is sent to the email address you registered with. To log in to your demo account, you can copy the password across from your email account to your Trader's Room.

To change the password for a demo trading account please follow the below instructions:

  • In the Dashboard->Trade section, next to your demo account click on the three dots

  • Select the "Account Info" section

  • Click on "Reset password".
