I am not receiving emails from the Company. What could be the reason?

If you do not currently receive marketing-related newsletters, please make sure that newsletters are enabled in your Dashboard and check all the folders in your email, including the spam and junk folders.

In order to enable or disable marketing-related newsletters from our Company, please follow the below instructions:

  • Log in to Dashboard

  • Open "My Profile"

  • Select "Subscriptions"

  • Click either "Enable" or "Disable" the Newsletters notifications.

Please note: If you still do not receive emails to your registered email address, please send a request to global@admiralmarkets.com so we can find a solution and ensure you receive emails from us.
