How to add an indicator in WebTrader

As with the MetaTrader trading platform, in WebTrader we can add indicators to our chart to analyze the financial markets. However, please consider that in WebTrader we cannot add any Expert Advisor (EA).

How can I add and remove an indicator in WebTrader for MT5?

If we want to add an indicator in this version of WebTrader, we will follow the following steps:

Click the “Add indicator” button or press Ctrl+I,

In our example, we want to add a moving average, so please select the trend indicators tab and choose the “Moving Average” option.
Then, set the desired parameters and click on “add indicator.”

We can see this indicator in our chart once this process is completed.

If we want to delete this indicator later, we will only have to click on the “Manage drawing” option and delete the indicator.

How can I add and remove an indicator in WebTrader for MT4?

On this point, we will explain the steps to add an indicator following the example of moving averages as in the previous section.

To add an indicator, please follow the following steps:

Click “Insert” and follow the following path: Indicators – Trends – Moving Average. Set the desired parameters for this moving average.

Once this step is completed, we can see this moving average on our chart.

If we want to delete this indicator, please go to the list of indicators to remove an indicator from the chart. To do this, click the right mouse button on the chart and select the “List of indicators” option.

Once inside, please delete the indicator.
